Designed for use exclusively by inc.jet’s inetegrators is the jet.fuel ink range: a powerful range of industrial inks for all substrates. All jet.fuel ink is available in 42 ml cartridges with the majority also offered as part of the new fuel.tank system, which combines 800 ml bulk ink supplies with 45-type cartridges for a true industrial system.

jet.fuel offers you plenty of choice - 14 different blacks plus 14 spot colors and custom Pantone Color Matching (PMS).

jet.fuel inks is supplied only in new, professionally filled HP cartridges.

Overcoat – an ink to adhere to coated stock, providing durable crisp print quality that resists smudges on coated stock. It also works well on uncoated stock providing added flexibility.

Overcoat Color (Dye) – Overcoat Color gives you the speed and performance of the black Overcoat with the flair of color. Order one of 14 stock colors or any PMS color.

Universal (Combination of dye and pigment) - This versatile ink works well on both coated and non-coated stocks; the Universal is perfect for the majority of print jobs. This is the ideal solution for customers who like HP Versatile, but need bulk supplies or longer decap time.

Offset & Uncoated Stocks

Basic Black (Pigment) – This is an ideal ink for offset paper. Excellent wet fastness on standard bond paper with crisp dots. Recommended for 2D bar codes. This basic black prints on both matte and glossy stocks.

Basic Colors (Dye) – Provides the same performance of Basic Black in any color: 14 stock colors or the PMS color of your choice.

Pronto (Pigment) – Dries 15% faster while offering 20% greater density on matte stocks. This ink is darker than Basic Black. It can bleed a little on some stocks. Recommended in applications where drying time is paramount on offset papers.

Offset/Uncoated Paper & Corrugated

Jet Black (Dye) – Ideal for customers who want to increase throughput with lower resolution printing – print 150 DPI or 200 DPI with the density of 300 DPI. Ultra black works wonderfully on corrugated boxes – drying instantly and leaving a sharp, rich impression that will not fade over time. This ink also dries very quickly in the nozzle when not printing. Ideal for applications adding variable data to preprinted forms because the ink density matches offset closely.

Aqueous Stock

Stabilizer Black (Pigment and resin) – The only stable ink on Tyvek for consistent coloring – the color does not fade or wash out. Ink spread can be reduced further with an InfraRed (IR) drier. Stablizer is also the best option for glossy label stock and blister pack foils. This ink offers better water fastness on all media. If Jet Black spreads too much on corrugated applications, Stabilizer may be the solution.

Stabilizer Colors (Pigment and resin) - Provide the same performance in many shades of blue and red.

Tracer ink (Dye and acid) – Tracer dries instantly on clay and aqueous coated boxes. Works well on some foils and even PVC with an Infrared (IR) drier. This ink will not work on polyethylene (light black only).

G-Force (Pigment) - A unique mixture of solvents in water designed for aqueous and acrylic coated stocks. Since its introduction, it has successfully printed PVC pipe and other media that was not possible with water only inks.

Supersonic (Pigment) - Another unique mixture of solvents in water designed for the same tough applications as G-Force.

UV Inks

TrueFlex - is a breakthrough in UV-curable inks in that it is the first to be based on alcohol instead of water. It gives excellent adhesion and instant in-line drying, thus saving time and money. It is specifically designed for printing onto non-porous substrates, including plastics and laminated materials in the packaging industry.

Specialty Inks

Invisible inks – A range of invisible inks that fluoresce under either UV or IR light sources.

Fluorescent inks – Red, orange, pink and yellow inks that all fluoresce yellow under UV light.
